Julian Rocks is a cave dive site near Byron Bay, Australia, in the Coral Sea. It lies within Cape Byron Marine Park, where fishing and commercial exploitation are banned within 500 metres of the rocks. Access is by boat. The site is one of about a dozen critical habitats for the grey nurse shark in NSW. Sand tiger sharks, spotted wobbegongs, nudibranchs and turtles are resident. Zebra sharks are seen seasonally from December to May, and humpback whales from May to September. Big reef fish and moray eels are occasionally seen.
