Elephant Head is a pinnacle and cave dive site located in Thailand, in the Andaman Sea. The site is known for an unusually shaped rock formation featuring swim-throughs and strong currents. Whitetip reef sharks and zebra sharks are occasionally seen around the rock. Hawksbill turtles and red lionfish are also occasionally seen there. Reef fish and crustaceans occasionally appear among the site's swim-throughs and caves.
