What we promise
- Every fact has a source, one tap away. Missing is simply missing: we never invent depths, species or seasons.
- Depth, level, current and hazards appear only when an official source states them or two independent sources agree.
- We never say a site is "safe". Follow your operator, your training and the actual conditions.
- Your dives are private unless you share them. Buddies are private to you.
Where the sites come from
Locations come from OpenStreetMap and Wikidata through an automated pipeline, and we publish that location layer as open data. Knowledge about the sites (depths, seasons, marine life, wreck history) comes from researched sources, each quote checked against its page. Read how we check facts.
